1. Acceptance of Terms

ShipAIFast ("the Provider") provide you ShipAIFast Pro code ("the Code Package"). By accessing or using the Code Package, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you may not use the Code Package.

2. License

The Provider grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Code Package for your personal or commercial purposes. This license allows you to modify the Code Package for your own use but does not grant you the right to resell or sublicense the Code Package.

3. Payment

You agree to pay the specified one-time fee for access to the Code Package. This fee is non-refundable once access to the code is granted.

4. Intellectual Property

The Code Package and all intellectual property rights therein are owned by the Provider. You acknowledge that you are granted only a limited license to use the Code Package and that no ownership rights are transferred to you.

5. Warranty and Disclaimer

The Provider makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Code Package's fitness for a particular purpose or its error-free operation. The Code Package is provided "as is." The Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Code Package.

6. Termination

The Provider reserves the right to terminate your access to the Code Package at any time if you violate these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Code Package and destroy all copies in your possession.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Australia.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

The Provider reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the Code Package after such changes, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms and Conditions.
